Notable Friends/Character Connections [to be filled out once character relations are discussed with other members]

Uchiha Sasuke [ headhustler ] - It could very well be said that he is the single most important person in Tenten's life. Starting off as nothing more than his bodyguard, theirs was a rough road filled with constant bickering and hostility. But after Sasuke took over the clan, after the death of his father and Itachi's departure from the organization, things began to shift. And what was once a forced tolerance for each other became a mutual respect. Managing to find common grounds in the most unlikely of places, the two became extremely close, letting their shared experiences build upon the friendship until she became one of the two people in his life Sasuke trusted above all others. And somewhere in between... something much more began to develop.

Yakushi Kabuto [ thiswonthurt ] - In the beginning, theirs was strictly a professional relationship. A trust born out of necessity and convenience. Closely tied to the Uchiha Faction as he was, Kabuto had been the one that Tenten went to when her injuries needed attention. And as often as she was assigned to carry out the duties of her position, her visits to the good doctor were frequent. He knew not to ask questions about where they came from. Understood that they all ultimately kept Sasuke safe, a sentiment that they both shared. And from that mutual goal, slowly a friendship nearly as strong as the one she had with Sasuke formed.

Shizune [ shizune ] -

Uchiha Itachi hushedlaw ] - Unlike with Sasuke, the relationship between Tenten and Itachi came much more smoothly. Early on, Itachi understood that both she and him held the same intentions: to keep Sasuke safe by all means necessary. It was because of that shared interest that Itachi left his little brother in her care when he made the decision to leave the organization. And it is that promise that continues to bind them to each other.

Inuzuka Kiba [ k9_blood_hound ] - Former best friends, the two practically grew up together, living in the same neighborhood and having family stores within the same block from each other. However, as Tenten became deeper ingrained into the mafia life and more involved with the Uchiha, their relationship began to suffer. And then after Shirou died, Tenten seemed to completely disappear from Kiba's life. However, a chance meeting in a bar and a want to reforge what they used to have (from both parties) has set them down a path towards friendship once more. The only problem resides in the fact that they stand on opposite ends of the moral code. And Tenten is just waiting for the day when Kiba discovers the truth, wondering what his final decision will be and whether their friendship will be able to survive it.
